-I attend Virginia Tech and double majoring in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Building Construction, with a Real Estate Minor
-Virginia Tech consumes my life: Corporate Sponsorship Executive Director for Relay For Life, Marketing Chair for Student Technology Council, TKE, President of Engineered Environment, VTSGA House of Reps, Hokie Ambassador, Wesley Foundation, ASCE, and SIFE
-as mentioned, I am very involved in Relay For Life, i spend at least 20 hours a week doin stuff for it, and i LOVE it
-I help make the computer requirements for VT- yeah, i made you all get a Tablet PC if u go to VT....
-I like to keep busy, and it comes with my life
-I am a TA and teach CEE 3274: Land Development
-I sing in the car all the time, but I’m OCD on the volume (it has to be set at an even number)
-I’ve lived in Virginia Beach, VA, Charleston, SC, Richmond, VA, Tampa, FL, and Blacksburg, VA
-I love the Southeast for its people and character
-I’ve been to every Olympic Opening ceremony since 1992 (including Spain, France, Norway, Japan, Australia, Greece, Italy, and China)
-I love thunderstorms!!!
-I have a sister thats 10, and a brother thats 5.... so yeah theres an 18 year age gap between me and my brother.. i was basically an only child
-I'm from Prince George (PGHS) and will always love being a Royal!
-I give really good tips to my server (sometimes 100%)
-I hate bananas, including sight, smell, and taste
-I buy the tornado glasses at Red Robin every time I go
-I’m a member of the United Methodist Church, but i think i might have to get out of this cuz im starting to think its all fiction...
-Favorite game of all time is Apples to Apples (Helen Keller wins every time)
-Identity Crisis is a close second though (how I got Katie Couric from Jesus…hahaha)
-I actually like to drive in traffic
-I’m pro-life but would never impose my view on someone else
-I’m a pretty good navigator
-I don’t like drinking out of plastic cups
-I like to cuddle until I fall asleep
-I’m more organized than Staples
-I always get asked where I was on April 16th, so to end awkward hesitant conversation I was on the third floor of Norris Hall until 9:00 (15 minutes before the shootings) and left to go to Holden Hall (right next to Norris) to go to my next class. I lost my professor, 4 of my teaching assistants, and two really good friends that day. Worst day of my life, but it brought me so close to my friends, and I will never take life for granted.
